As our Sales and Studio Manager, you'll drive La Forme's growth while maintaining the exceptional standards that set us apart. You'll guide our Member Experience Coordinators while ensuring every studio interaction exceeds expectations. Most importantly, you'll help transform curious first-timers into devoted members who champion our unique approach to fitness.
Key Responsibilities
Member Journey & Sales Excellence
Guide prospective members through their first introduction to La Forme through membership conversion, ensuring each interaction reflects our premium approach to fitness and wellness
Create personalized membership experiences by expertly matching each new member with the perfect package and schedule to support their fitness goals
Lead and develop our Member Experience Coordinator team, instilling our values of exceptional service and authentic connection
Studio Success & Experience
Champion studio performance by monitoring key metrics including member satisfaction, class attendance, and conversion rates, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance both member experience and studio growth
Optimize studio scheduling to ensure we're delivering premium class experiences that align with our community's needs
Curate our retail experience through thoughtful brand partnerships, custom La Forme apparel development, and strategic merchandising that enhances our premium positioning
Maintain our studio's immaculate standards through oversight of housekeeping operations, ensuring every detail contributes to our elevated member experience
Community Growth & Engagement
Drive studio energy through creative event planning and impactful promotional initiatives
Shape our studio's voice through compelling weekly communications and in-studio messaging
Collaborate on marketing strategies that share our transformative approach to fitness with our broader community
Transform feedback into action by swiftly addressing member needs and maintaining our high service standards
Role Requirements
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related field
2+ years of proven success in sales-driven operations and premium customer service
Experience meeting or exceeding established KPIs in a retail or service environment
Experience in boutique fitness or luxury service industry strongly preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in business tools and social media (Google Workspace, CRM systems, Meta Business Suite, Canva)
Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (Note: Studio operates with reduced hours during major holidays)
Ability to work in an energetic environment with music (studio doors can be closed during classes)
Capacity to occasionally lift and move items up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Step 2: You will receive a link to schedule a 30 minute interview via Calendly + Zoom.
Step 3: An in-person interview. Offers will be made to qualifying team members.
Step 4: For the Instructor Team: attend the 3-day training Feb. 15-17, 2025 + a final audition.
