The Origins of La Forme
Hi, I'm Erin! I first fell in love with mega-style reformer workouts 15 years ago while living in Los Angeles. It wasn't until returning to this workout years later – this time as a parent and leading a global operations team for a Fortune 500 company – that I truly understood why I needed this in my life.
The reformer became my sanctuary. For 45 minutes, nothing exists except the burn and shake of each movement. No emails. No notifications. Just you and the machine. Within weeks, I found mental clarity and increased confidence. Within months, I saw the physical transformation everyone raves about (Google “Pilates body”!).
La Forme merges my passion for fitness with 15+ years of building exceptional teams and client experiences. We are creating more than a studio – we’re building a community where strength meets support. Where the transformations we create extend beyond the studio walls. Welcome to fitness, reformed.

We match your commitment by making every minute count: classes start and end right on schedule, equipment's ready to go, and transitions are seamless.
Sure, being punctual helps us run a tight ship and keep everyone safe, but more importantly? It's about making the most of this time you've carved out for yourself. Because let's be real—there's never going to be a 'perfect' time to focus on your fitness. The time is now, and we're here for it.

Aga’s love of music, movement, and the human form keeps her constantly curious to learn more. With years of studying the elements of Pilates, barre, and yoga, she brings a well-rounded and creative approach to her teaching style at La Forme.

Ally brings her expertise in teaching Lagree to help clients strengthen, tone, and transform their bodies in a fun and dynamic way. What excites Ally the most is the opportunity to connect with new clients and be a part of building a fresh, vibrant community in the St. Louis area.

Emily brings a wealth of expertise to La Forme as a multi-certified instructor in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Functional Personal Training, and Pelvic Floor health. Her classes blend technical precision with infectious energy that makes every challenging movement feel achievable.

Member Experience Coordinator
Noelani deeply cares about the whole health of a person. She has experiences working in public health, public policy, and assisting clients with their goals in fitness settings. She loves lifting weights and taking on new challenges. -
Sam Yancey
La Forme Instructor
Sam brings a diverse range of movement expertise to the studio, teaching Dance (Contemporary, Modern, Heels, Poms, and Hip-Hop), Yoga (Vinyasa Flow), and Barre. Her passion for fitness and wellness spans across multiple disciplines, offering students a well-rounded approach to body awareness and movement. -
Sammi Milne
La Forme Instructor
Sammi is a certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT) and a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her clients’ fitness journeys. With a focus on strength and functional movement, she’s dedicated to helping individuals feel empowered and reach their fitness goals. -
ShaTorey Street
La Forme Instructor
ShaTorey teaches Yoga, Barre, and Reiki, blending mindfulness with movement to support both the body and mind. With a focus on functional movement, ShaTorey offers a holistic approach that ensures her students feel both challenged and grounded in their practice. Need a remix? She’s got at least 2 versions in her playlist. -
Sonni Kolasinac
La Forme Instructor
Sonni teaches a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin, offering a well-rounded approach to mindfulness and movement. She is passionate about helping students discover new strengths within themselves. What excites Sonni most about teaching is witnessing those "ah-ha!" moments when students achieve something they once thought was impossible.
