Meet the Megacore Reformer
The megacore reformer integrates strength, cardio, and core training on one dynamic platform. Its spring-loaded carriage glides along rails with adjustable resistance, while multiple platforms, handle positions, and an advanced pulley system enable hundreds of full-body exercises. The elevated, non-slip design ensures safe movements and maximizes core engagement, adapting to all fitness levels while building strength, stability, and endurance. We may add in Pilates rings, Pilates balls, and free weights for a little extra spice in your session.
Pilates Meets Strength Training
We draw from the best of three modalities: strength training, Pilates, and yoga. We’ll be visiting familiar moves, like lunges, squats, planks, crunches, bicep curls, and tricep dips… to name a few!
You’ll recognize moves like Mermaid, Hundreds, and the always-popular glute bridge. Pulses, challenges, and variations keep your muscles engaged the full 45 minutes.
