Runners, it’s time to meet all the little muscles that you’ve been missing out on!
Join us for a dynamic reformer Pilates session designed specifically with runners in mind. @CoachLaura of @FillaEndurance and FillaEndurance.com is collaborating with our lead instructor, Aga, to design a class just for you.
The class will begin with a runner-focused mobility warm-up circuit guided by Laura, perfect for activating key muscle groups and improving range of motion. Then, you’ll shift onto the reformer with Aga for a powerful conditioning workout targeting deep core engagement, hip stability, and lower-body strength, essential components for injury prevention and enhanced performance.
