As a Member Experience Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of La Forme, creating an exceptional first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll help maintain the warm, supportive environment that makes our studio special while supporting our sales and operational goals. Your genuine enthusiasm for helping others, combined with your natural ability to connect with people, will help turn first-time visitors into committed members of our community.

Key Responsibilities
Member Experience
Deliver exceptional service to all members and visitors
Build genuine connections with members, learning names and preferences
Support studio events and community initiatives
Help members feel motivated and supported in their fitness journey
Assist with social media content and engagement
Studio Operations
Create a welcoming environment that reflects our premium standards
Manage class check-ins and schedule updates efficiently
Process retail transactions and maintain organized displays
Support basic studio maintenance and cleanliness
Track and restock retail inventory as needed
Community Growth
Conduct engaging studio tours for prospective members
Support lead conversion through excellent first impressions
Handle membership inquiries professionally
Process new member registrations
Assist with retail sales and product knowledge sharing
Team Collaboration
Work effectively with instructors, sales team, and management
Communicate clearly about member feedback and studio needs
Contribute to positive team culture
Support studio initiatives and special projects
Help maintain consistent service standards
Role Requirements
Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours a week
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
1+ year in premium customer service environment; experience in boutique fitness, retail, or luxury service industry preferred
Proficiency in business tools and social media (Google Workspace, CRM systems, Meta Business Suite, Canva)
Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (Note: Studio operates with reduced hours during major holidays)
Ability to work in an energetic environment with music (studio doors can be closed during classes)
Capacity to occasionally lift and move items up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
